Highlights: One of the most prominent participants in Keshet 12's matchmaking reality show shared the depths of her heart. "During the journey I entered, there were moments when I felt suffocated and quite lost," Rotem Feinberg admitted. "The panic, like a whirlwind, swept away and made me lose myself," she wrote of the long weeks in which her soul was exposed for all to see. "I literally let go and connected to myself and that's actually the greatest gift I could give myself," Feinberg concluded.

A moment before the couples in "My Wedding" gather on the couch and break the silence (and perhaps also their hearts), they take advantage of the last moments before the fateful announcement of the future of their relationship for a final personal exposure on the networks, in which they tell and share with their followers the depths of their souls. The person who chose to share her marital journey and exposure on the show last night was Rotem Feinberg, who as you will recall, experienced quite a few difficulties with the exposure and the cameras that accompanied her, which led to not simple criticism of her conduct.

"During the journey I entered, there were moments when I felt suffocated and quite lost," Feinberg admitted, matching Ronen Maimon. "The panic, like a whirlwind, swept away and made me lose myself," she wrote of the long weeks in which her soul was exposed for all to see. "Today I know that maybe, as I said in one of the chapters, I was unbearable, but mostly I was suffering," she said, acknowledging her behavior but also explaining where it came from. "I suffer from the fact that I can't let go, that I can't enjoy the experience.

"Slowly the anxiety dissipated and I was able to find myself again," Feinberg shared in front of and behind the cameras. "I literally let go and connected to myself and that's actually the greatest gift I could give myself. To go for a ride, you can say a journey, hang a sign saying 'I'll be back soon' and come back," Feinberg concluded with the words of couples and female coach Shani Gev, whose poem she wrote about coping emotionally in situations of stress and anxiety she quoted in the opening of the post.
