A day after the arrest of the two suspects, residents of Haifa and Tiberias, for stealing the tank, a firing zone near the Elyakim interchange, the police managed to reach two more suspects who were arrested.

The two, residents of Moshav Ein HaEmek (42) and Migdal HaEmek (43), are suspected of stealing a tank on the night between Tuesday and Wednesday. Today, all four will be brought to the Haifa Magistrate's Court for remand.
A representative from the Ministry of Defense reported the stolen tank and was later located. Upon receiving the report, the Hof District police began searching and a short time later Nesher police officers located the tank inside a junkyard in the city area. Meanwhile, a preliminary investigation into the circumstances of the incident raises suspicions that the tank is inactive and was stolen from the scene for reasons that are still being investigated by the police in cooperation with the Military Police Investigation Unit.
