The eighth day of riots along the Gaza Strip border: Palestinians gathered again near the perimeter fence on Friday, burning tires and throwing IEDs. The uproar comes when earlier incendiary balloons were launched into Israeli territory, causing fires.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that at least 14 Palestinians were injured by IDF fire in riots near the border.

The most recent fire in the western Negev, caused by incendiary balloons launched by terrorists in the Gaza Strip, occurred in September 2021. It was New Year's Eve just two years ago. The IDF responded a few hours later by attacking targets in the Gaza Strip.
