US Prime Minister: Netanyahu was interviewed tonight by the American channels CNN and Fox News. The interviews were published a few hours after his speech at the UN General Assembly. Netanyahu referred to the emerging agreement with Saudi Arabia, as well as the legal reform in Israel, saying: "The agreement with Saudi Arabia has to happen within a few months, if not, it will be postponed for years."

Asked if he would dismantle the coalition for the normalization agreement with Saudi Arabia, he said he did not believe he would be forced to do so. On possible opposition from ministers Smotrich and Ben-Gvir, Netanyahu replied, "They talk and talk, they are politicians."

Netanyahu Meets with Jewish Community Leaders

"Misconception about the reform": The prime minister met last night with American Jewish leaders and tried to convince skeptics that they have a "misconception" about the moves in his government. The discussion took place with about 20 leaders at the Israeli consulate. After an intensive week of demonstrations following Netanyahu's visit to the United States, the protest against the reform will take place tonight for the 38th consecutive week. The evening before Yom Kippur, masses of Israelis will gather at the main protest at Kaplan Junction and at about 150 locations throughout the country.
