As a result of the shooting, the execution vehicle collided with the rear of another vehicle, making it impossible for the squad to continue driving the execution vehicle and causing heavy damage to the other vehicle. The members of the assassination squad got out of the execution vehicle with their guns drawn, and began running towards the Holon interchange. Nearby, they robbed a driver who was in his car at gunpoint and drove it wildly and dangerously on the way to their getaway vehicle.
