The Rishon Zion Magistrate's Court on Monday released to house arrest one of the suspects arrested yesterday in a police raid on the Guarish neighborhood, on suspicion of involvement in a murder near Moshav Hatsev. Another suspect was remanded in custody until Thursday. The judge noted that the suspicion against him is reasonable, but the suspicion against the second suspect is very meager and there is no justification for his arrest.
Earlier, the detention of the suspect who was shot during the police chase after those who threw the IED at the vehicle driven by Adir Ivgi (37), a resident of Kiryat Malachi, who allegedly quarreled with the Jarushi family, was extended by a day.
