A representative of the Thai Tourism Board in Israel said: "About an hour ago, a shooting incident took place at the Siam Paragon mall in the capital Bangkok, Thailand. The local police said it was apparently not a terrorist incident and managed to apprehend the 14-year-old shooter and will soon reopen the area to traffic."
