Israel is at war, and accordingly, the National Security Council today (Sunday) publishes guidelines, recommendations and warnings regarding targets abroad:
Egypt: Shooting attack in Alexandria, two Israelis murdered
Following the war that broke out in light of the murderous terrorist attack on Israel by Hamas, there is concern that terrorist elements and lone wolf terrorists will be motivated to carry out attacks against Israelis in various countries around the world.
In light of this, we call on Israelis, at this time, to examine their planned trips abroad and to refrain from traveling, as much as possible, to countries where the travel warning applies, especially the various countries in the Middle East.
In addition, in light of the attack in Egypt carried out today in Alexandria (2 Israeli civilians killed), we recommend that those staying in Egypt itself and Sinai shorten their stay and leave the country as soon as possible.

In any case of staying abroad, and even more so when staying in countries with high-level travel warnings, all recommended precautions should be taken (detailed on the National Security Council website) and stay in public spaces should be minimized as much as possible.
In addition, in light of developments and developments, it may become increasingly difficult for Israelis to return to Israel, due to the reduction of foreign flights to Israel.
