The citizens, who did not like the minister's presence, responded by shouting curses, and one of them even threw food at her car. Her daughter, Michal Regev, who survived the massacre at a party in Reim, tried to protect her mother and confronted the civilians.

"Ask for forgiveness!"
Yesterday, during a visit by Economy and Industry Minister Nir Barkat to a hospital in central Israel, where he visited a number of wounded from the war and their families, some of them began confronting him and attacking him for the government's conduct.

The first person joined the conversation, and again angrily turned to Barkat: "Then ask for forgiveness! Ask forgiveness from all of us! Where is the Prime Minister of Israel? Stand in line up like you were photographed for your consolidation! All of you will come out together as a government, ask forgiveness from the people of Israel! Get down on your knees and tear your shirt off, because you have torn a very deep tear in this entire nation."
