The attack plans indicate that specific Hamas units were planned to encircle and lead the attack in this area in light of the high concentrations of children and civilians. The secret documents were found on the bodies of Hamas terrorists and include detailed maps along with an organized plan for the murder and abduction of hostages.

One page labeled "Top Secret" outlines a plan of attack for Kfar Sa'ad, saying "Combat unit 1" is directed to "contain the new Da'at school," while "Combat unit 2" is to "collect hostages," "search the Bnei Akiva youth center" and "search the old Da'at school." pic.twitter.com/Al3lKx8V87

The plans detail down to the level of places and the execution of actions in each of them.
On one of the pages labeled "top secret" there is an attack plan by Kibbutz Sa'ad. Thus, Unit "1" was responsible for attacking the Da'at school in Sdot Negev, while Unit "2" was responsible for "taking hostages" at the Bnei Akiva Youth Center and the old school of Da'at.

The detailed plan is part of a trove of documents that Israeli officials are analyzing, according to one source in the Israeli army and one in government. Surveillance video of Hamas terrorists on Oct. 7 show tactics similar to those in the documents. https://t.co/nkzsFJCF15
