A moment of exciting Israeli partnership:🇮🇱

Yesterday, Arab-Israeli media activist Yousef Haddad posted on social media the store owner's donation: "A moment of exciting Israeli partnership. Alaa, an Israeli Arab man with a bicycle business in Taibeh, decided to donate 50 bicycles to residents of the south who came to the community of Zur Yitzhak. Thank you, Alaa, you are the Israeli spirit at its best." The looting of the store and arson were apparently due to Haddad's advertising.

The store owner's family has lived in Tzur Yitzhak in recent years. "Everyone here donated to children from the south, so we donated too," says the shopkeeper's wife. "We wanted to make the children happy regardless of whether they were Arab or Jewish. These are families who have nothing left. We didn't think that would happen because we donated bicycles to make children happy." An investigation has been opened by the police, but it will be difficult to locate the arsonists because they smashed the security cameras and were masked.
