Sometimes you'll either have to save them or just overhaul them. Rescue is what Céline Marboeuf-Rétif does in her workshop in Le Mans. Earthenware, porcelain, ceramics, earthenware, but also clock and watch faces... Under his fingers, the pieces merge to make a whole again, brand new, as if nothing had happened. Proof, if any were needed, that catering is a talent in itself...
