Sources told the pro-Iranian Al-Mayadeen network on Saturday night that the "Israeli escalation" follows closer efforts to reach a lull agreement that will include the release of all women and children abducted by Hamas and other organizations.

According to the report, the lull agreement was supposed to include the release of foreign nationals who are not soldiers. It added that the agreement was supposed to include in return the release of all "Palestinian women, boys and children" in Israeli jails.
It should be noted that the report has no confirmation from another source and may be part of Hamas psychological warfare.
In addition, the pro-Iranian channel reported that the deal is supposed to release 40 Palestinian youths and <> Palestinian prisoners in exchange for the release of <> abducted civilians from the terrorist organizations.
