On Sunday night (29 October), the Israeli army intensified ground operations in Gaza. According to the army, Israeli ground troops had advanced to the north of the cordoned-off coastal strip. As Israel expanded its combat operations in the Gaza Strip, it said it bombed more Hamas targets. As the military announced on Telegram, warplanes had recently bombed more than 450 targets, including command centers, observation posts and launch pads for anti-tank missiles. In cooperation with their own ground forces, the Israeli combat units attacked terrorist cells that tried to attack and fire anti-tank missiles. Army spokesman Daniel Hagari made similar comments on X.
