In a joint post on Thursday, Shai Mika and her husband Maor Weizmann shared with their Instagram followers the chosen name for their eldest son, who was born last week at Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital, in the midst of a bitter war Israel has been engaged in since October 7. Mika married Weizmann in a celebrity-packed wedding two years ago.

"Our God and the God of our forefathers, provide this child for his father and mother, and his name shall be called in Israel Lake Solomon," Mika wrote briefly on a photo of the crown prince with his father, Maor Weizmann, in a private and small moment in their home. In a photo published by Shai, the two are seen holding the face of Weizmann, the happy father, who smiles broadly at him and holds his small hand. Mika added an emoji of the Israeli flag to the text, in the spirit of the difficult and challenging days that the country is going through.

The person who rushed to congratulate Mika on revealing her name and join the dozens of loving and heartwarming comments that accumulated in the post within minutes was her best friend, network influencer and reality TV star Adele Bespalov.
