For the Erlangen traffic police, it was an operation of a different kind: On Sunday (29 October), they had to catch an escaped four-legged friend on the motorway.

Nuremberg – A four-legged runaway was very lucky on Sunday, October 29, near the A3 near Nuremberg. As the Central Franconia police reported on their Facebook page, the officers received a report on Sunday afternoon "about a dog running free near the A3, in the area of the Nuremberg Nord junction in the direction of Würzburg." As a result, the Erlangen traffic police immediately moved out.

With the patrol car, the motorists were warned to drive slower in the corresponding area, says Thiem. After that, the colleagues turned their attention to the dog.
