On October 7, 10, many young people were murdered at the Nova Festival, including three Dream Bar bar managers: Yarin Moshe Ephraim z"l, Eden Liz Ohayon z"l and Orel Abuhatzira z"l - who worked as bar managers at the festival. Now, the company is commemorating the victims with a cocktail pack in their memory.
"The goal is to make people happy and spread love - that's who they were," says Eliran Ephraim, one of the owners of Dream Bar - Yarin's older brother and Eden's cousin, describing the contents of the special package: "Bitter & Sexy is Yarin's favorite cocktail and in his memory and contains gin, campari, sour, and passion fruit syrup.
Sassy pineapple is Eden's favorite cocktail and in her memory and includes vodka, pineapple nectar, lime, pineapple monin, and passion fruit syrup. Malaby of love is Orel's favorite cocktail, and in his memory, it includes almond arak, lime, rose water, malabi syrup and pellernum syrup."
The packages (at prices of NIS 99-249) could be purchased today at the Azrieli Mall in Tel Aviv, and they will also be sold tomorrow, Friday, between 10:00-15:00.
Eliran Ephraim told Israel Hayom: "The murdered were the heart of our business. On 7 October, I spoke to them for the last time at 10:9 A.M. They said they were being shot. We didn't realize the magnitude of the event at first, and over time we did. I asked them to stay together and tried to reassure them to bend over and they would be fine. I believe they didn't part ways until the last minute. They were such a strong trio, until the last moment."

Of the beginning of their working relationship, he says: "They worked together for seven years. During Corona there was nothing we could do, so we created cocktail packages together and sent them to homes and companies. They were the head behind the idea and created the cocktails and packages. That's why we decided to offer their packages now. Azrieli heard our story and gave us a platform, from a great place."
Of the reactions at the mall, he says: "The responses are excellent. We set up a beautiful cocktail stand here, with a screen that projects their most optimistic images. We are hard to miss. People come, get excited and cry, and it's heartwarming. They also light a candle in their memory alongside the purchase of the packages. There are also a number of companies that have approached and bought the packages from us in order to distribute to their employees."
Asked what they would do with the profits from the special sale, Ephraim replied: "We are going to commemorate them in countless ways. We want to order a Torah scroll in their name and many other things. Their commemoration is our top priority."
