6-8 servings

Ingredients

Pattern 30 x 40 cm 1 box Lasagna
sheets 3 jars of Napolitana sauce (tomato sauce with vegetables - can be bought ready)
1 package feta cheese 250 g cream cheese 500 g grated mozzarella

250 g grated parmesan A
handful of basil leaves
500 tsp. chopped thyme <> tablespoon dried oregano
<> ml heavy cream

Method of preparation

  • Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  • Line the pan with baking paper.
  • Pour a little tomato sauce to cover the bottom and arrange a layer of lasagna leaves.
  • Mix the cream cheese, feta cheese, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and heavy cream.
  • Flatten half of the mixture on the lasagna sheets.
  • Pour over it a layer of tomato sauce, a third of the amount of mozzarella, half the amount of parmesan and a few basil leaves.
  • Arrange another layer of lasagna sheets, flatten half of the mixture on the lasagna sheets.
  • Pour over it a layer of tomato sauce, a third of the amount of mozzarella, half the amount of parmesan and a few basil leaves.
  • Put another layer of lasagna, tomato sauce and mozzarella on top.
  • Cover with baking paper and seal with aluminum foil.
  • Place in oven for 50 minutes.
  • Then remove the cover, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes until nicely browned.
  • Can be served with Napolitana sauce or rosé sauce.
