Footage of the incident shows members of the organization, mostly men, watching a video projected on a screen showing an IDF armored vehicle being hit.
The hospital itself is seen in the footage fully illuminated, despite repeated claims by various organizations in the Gaza Strip about a severe shortage of fuel for the hospitals' generators and fears that they will soon have to shut down the electricity supply to the institutions.
