The source of the smoke smell in the entire Dan region is fires - controlled in Judea and Samaria, according to fire and rescue announcements issued Wednesday morning. The announcement came out after arriving after many complaints.
In recent days, residents of Gush Dan have woken up to the strong smell of smoke in buildings and streets. District Do's 102 hotline received hundreds of reports and calls from all cities in the Dan region, and fire crews arrived to investigate the complaint for all incidents.
An examination revealed that the source of the smell was controlled fires carried out in the Rantis areas of Judea and Samaria - not arson or a dangerous or out of control fire.
Under the cover of the winds at night, the smoke reaches from east to west and in the morning "rests" in our area until it dissipates.
