The National Information Directorate published on Thursday highlights of the outline of the deal for the release of the hostages, which has not yet been officially signed, but the contacts are in advanced stages.

"The contacts for the release of our abductees are progressing and are continuing. The release will begin according to the original agreement between the parties, and not before Friday. We continue to do everything to bring all the hostages home, without compromising the goals of the war," the National Information Directorate said.
They added: "In the first stage, at least 50 abductees, women and children will be released over four days, during which there will be a lull in the fighting. The release of every ten additional abductees will result in another day of respite. No security prisoner involved in the murder of Israelis will be released."
The ability to renew the war in Gaza will be maintained
1. We will not relent until we achieve all the objectives of the war. We are determined to complete the goals of the war – toppling Hamas' reign of terror and releasing all the hostages held in Gaza.
2. The outline agreed upon after weeks of persistent negotiations is only the first stage. The government of Israel is morally and morally committed to bringing all abductees home.

5. Our hearts are with the families of the abductees whose loved ones have not yet returned. We will not rest and will not rest until the task is completed. We will not leave any of our civilians and soldiers behind. Even at these moments, the State of Israel is making every effort to bring about the release of the abductees and information about their fate.
6. The Red Cross must comply with its obligation to visit the abductees and ensure that all their needs are dealt with in accordance with the agreement and international law.
7. Without the enormous pressure Israel exerted on Hamas from the first day of the war, it would not have been possible to achieve a massive release of hostages. The significant military maneuver contributed to the creation of the conditions that enabled progress in the negotiations.
8. This is not a ceasefire, but an operational pause to enable the implementation of the plan. We will continue with all our strength until all the abductees are returned to their families. At the end of the lull, the IDF will resume with full force its efforts to achieve its goal: to destroy the military and governmental capabilities of Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
9. All the security forces, the IDF, the Shin Bet and the Mossad, expressed support for the outline, stressing that they could prepare appropriately during the lull to maintain the security of our fighters in the Gaza Strip; and maintaining the IDF's intelligence and operational superiority in the territory in our hands.
10. We thank the United States, Egypt and Qatar and all those who assisted in the negotiations and contributed to the ripening of the terms of the agreement.
