On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the YPF Group, with the support of UN Women, is carrying out an initiative that calls on organizations in the energy industry to make a commitment to collaborate in the eradication of gender-based violence.

To generate real and sustainable change in the industry, it is necessary to create alliances and join actions. Organizations that decide to join this project will have access to tools to train and implement policies and actions to collaborate in the eradication of violence.
The commitment to action seeks to promote inclusive workplaces and provide accompaniment to women who are experiencing situations of domestic violence. In addition, to train the people who make up the organizations on the prevention and eradication of violence in the workplace.
This initiative is not only a commitment to the more than 5,000 women who make up the YPF Group, but can also generate a positive impact on all the organizations with which it interacts and also on society. For this reason, YPF, AESA, Metrogas, Profertil, OPESSA, YPF Gas, YPF Luz and Y-TEC are already part of this collective action.
