The terrorist organization also announced that Israel had refused to accept their offer to release seven women and children and three bodies.
High readiness on both sides
Hamas has stated that it is prepared to resume fighting with Israel if the ceasefire expires at 7 a.m. today. "The Al-Qassam Brigades ask its active forces to maintain high combat readiness in the final hours of the truce," the statement said.
In addition, the terrorist organization told its forces that "it is necessary to remain at the base unless an official announcement is issued confirming the extension of the truce."
Israel said yesterday that it would not be prepared for further violations by Hamas of the agreement, since according to it women and children would be released alive, and Israel believes that there are additional prisoners held by Hamas who meet the criteria set.
No official Israeli announcement has yet been received.
