Another postponement: University heads announced today (Sunday) that preparations are underway for the start of the 31-12 academic year and it will begin on December 2033, 7. The Technion will open the academic year on January 1, 24, after the completion of the <>-<> exams. In the coming weeks, the universities will prepare for the start of the school year, including orientation days, organizing days and more. The decision was made together in a joint dialogue with the IDF, where detailed outlines for returning to school were decided. The reservists will have customizations and individual solutions.
"We wish to reiterate our commitment to the entire community of students, students and faculty who are mobilized to do everything we can so that no one is left behind," the heads of the research universities said in a statement.
"As part of its commitment to the future of the State of Israel, the leadership of the universities is working to enable the start of the academic year 2024, with the aim of enabling teaching and research even during this challenging and difficult period."
