The journalist, who founded the association L'école comestible in 2019, based on the model of Alice Waters' Edible Schoolyard Project in the United States, has already spoken in more than 500 public classrooms, particularly in the Paris region but also in Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, to raise children's awareness of eating well, especially in disadvantaged neighborhoods.
