Israel Aharoni's sausage toast

"Croc" is a new stand of sausage toast, but Aharoni's sausage toast - with all that this implies. It was opened a few days ago by the Aharoni's Group at the Zim Urban Center in Ganei Tikva. The high-quality rolls and sausages, the colorful sauces prepared on the spot, thus, consists of a hot match of meat and vegetables, sauce and dough. Just before closing the toaster, anoint everything with oil seasoned with garlic and herbs, creating the crust and wonderful smell. The place is kosher and appeals to young people. The menu includes seven toasts, including: goose-truffle (turkey goose, mushrooms, onion jam and truffle aioli - 49 shekels), sourkraut (shoulder corned beef, sauerkraut, pickled onions and mustard aioli - 49 shekels) and Tunisian (turkey-salami mix, potato, pickled lemon, harissa and hard-boiled egg - 49 shekels). Besides these, there is also a quartet of hot dogs in a bun. And on the side - crispy potato shreds with garlic and herbs (NIS 15), sweet potato baked in garlic and herbs (NIS 15) and a wonder hit in the form of frito gnocchi (NIS 29).

Eyal Shani's Ice Cream

"We have never made ice cream and certainly not a cassette, after which we read the name of the place and pledged that it is probably the best cassette in the world," Eyal Shani began a post on his Instagram account this week about the new ice cream parlor he opened in Tel Aviv's Railway Park. He added: "As far as these frozen heavenly pleasures are concerned. We are virgins and virgins, free of any knowledge that eradicates the primacy and passion from which our ice cream is made. But in a kitchen we know how to do, and maybe even more, to push the human button that makes us happy."

As for the ice creams themselves, he elaborated: "We have a kitchen with the same wonderful ingredients that we have in the restaurants from which we cook our ice creams, and every day they change because that's how it is in our restaurants, and they are always fresh, the oldest of them do not pass the age of four hours from the moment they are born in the ice cream machine because one thing we know very well - freezer is their biggest enemy."

Eight types of wines can also be enjoyed. "Not because it's suitable for ice cream, but because we can't imagine a restaurant of ours that doesn't have wine even if Casta is an ice cream restaurant," the chef explained.
