El Al announced this morning that those who book flights departing between February 1, 2024 and April 30, 2024, will be able to cancel the flight at no additional charge, up to 24 hours before departure. The company will not return the money to the customer, but will offer a voucher for future redemption in full amount. It is important to emphasize that this does not include group bookings, lite tickets or bonus tickets.

Israir offers a benefit that allows free cancellation up to 14 days before the flight date for those booking until 15.1.24 vacation packages, flights and organized trips for departures during the Passover vacation and during the summer months between 1.4.24 and 31.8.24. In Israir's case, this is a full refund and not a voucher for future redemption, but the cancellation option is up to two weeks before departure and not 24 hours earlier.
Arkia announced that anyone who books by December 31, 2023, will be allowed to cancel up to 30 days before the flight date without cancellation fees for those booking flights between April and October 2024, including holidays.
