The attack in eastern Syria: The Deir ez-Zor 24 news website reported on Saturday that eight trucks belonging to Iran's Revolutionary Guards arrived yesterday in the city of Bukamal, near the border with Iraq. The trucks, which arrived from Iraq, partly carried food supplies and some Iranian weapons. Sources told a website affiliated with the Syrian opposition that some of the weapons transferred were suicide drones and RPG launchers to the area.

Other sources in the Syrian opposition reported that Hezbollah's fatalities in eastern Syria were members of Unit 108, which is responsible for smuggling weapons, weapons and ammunition from Syria to Lebanon. Yesterday, Syrian media reported that the targets of the attack were an arms depot and the headquarters of pro-Iranian militias. Some foreign sources attributed the operation to the United States, while others blamed Israel.
According to the Associated Press, two Syrians and four Hezbollah operatives were killed in the attack. Later, the terrorist organization announced four fatalities, which, it claimed, had been killed "on Jerusalem Road." This usually refers to Hezbollah terrorists killed by the IDF in southern Lebanon, but the organization did not say so explicitly. Against this background, Arab media estimated that they were killed in an attack in eastern Syria.

Meanwhile, the Syrian opposition reported that two terrorists, a pro-Iranian militia that collaborates with Hezbollah, were killed yesterday in an attack in Quneitra. According to the report, they are two Palestinians from Syria. It was also reported that this militia was behind last night's launch to the Golan Heights.
