Pnina Rosenblum was particularly active in a column on the social network Instagram this past weekend. After posting on Friday in which she shared her feelings after watching the film of atrocities perpetrated by Hamas in southern settlements and at a party near Kibbutz Reim, she marked its 69th anniversary last night and did so in a completely different way than she is used to.

"After seeing the informational video and being exposed to the atrocities that took place on October 7, I try unsuccessfully to describe in words what we went through," Rosenblum wrote in the post. "The video shows only ten percent of the atrocities and I was shocked! To see and not believe that we went through the Holocaust in Arabic."

She then added a clear message about the war on terror. "We must not stop the fighting until Hamas is completely eliminated! Forbidden! Thanks to Gilad Erdan for showing us the sights for the sake of understanding that this is bigger than we imagine. I wish the film would be exposed to every person in the world! Wishing us all a relaxing weekend!"

Rosenblum, who celebrated her 69th birthday last night, chose to do so without special events, due to the security situation, writing: "Birthday celebrations in the shadow of the fighting. The pictures are from last year's birthday. This year there is no desire to celebrate. I didn't plan my birthday like that, alongside a war. Hard days when we say goodbye to people who defend our country. But after the horrors we endured, I was left with one wish: for a quieter, safer, better life. Thank you to the dear soldiers who are fighting for our home, thanks to whom we can maintain a kind of routine."
