Danish-style butter cookie recipe
Components:
- 250 g gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 egg yolks (you can also have 1 whole egg)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 180 grams soft butter (compliment to fur)
