Omri Shafroni and Nofar Gilor, who yesterday learned that their Ma'ale HaBesor classmate Tamir Adar was murdered, another member of the class is being held captive by Hamas and the husband of another cohort is also kidnapped – came up to speak after the artist Raviv Kinner, who sang two songs from the stage of the Abductees' Square on Saturday evening, calling for their speedy return to their homes and families.

Romi Cohen, the twin sister of kidnapped Nimrod Cohen in Gaza, said at a rally in the square: "Nimrod is being held in difficult conditions, he is 19 years old and still a child. He's just started life and it doesn't make sense that he's in captivity. I worry about Nimrod and fear for his fate: What will the future of the State of Israel look like when my brother and the other abductees do not return? It can't be that long and they're not home. All I ask is to return my soul mate and the abductees, now."
