IDF forces continue their operations throughout Judea and Samaria, focusing on the Ramallah area following Sunday's shooting attack in the Binyamin area, near the British police junction, in which Amser Mansur, a 33-year-old resident of East Jerusalem, was murdered and another 42-year-old woman was seriously wounded.

The Palestinians reported that military forces entered Ramallah and Al Bireh overnight and operated in several neighborhoods within the city. Several arrests were made during the operation. Among other things, it was alleged that Dr. Aysar Barghouti was arrested in a residential building in Ramallah, as well as his brother, Meried Attari, at his home near the Jilazoun refugee camp, north of Ramallah. Subsequently, the arrest of physician Khaled Kharuf in Al Bireh was also reported.
Clashes erupted during the movement of forces on several roads in the city and in the vicinity of Al Am'ari refugee camp at the entrance to Ramallah.
In the evening, another attack was carried out when a Palestinian bus driver tried to run over fighters at the Biddu checkpoint, also in the Ramallah area. The fighters returned fire and killed the terrorist. A Palestinian toddler who was in the car was also injured and later pronounced dead.
