Highlights: "Stop and identify yourself": Economy halts activity to mark 100 days of abductees held captive by Hamas. As a sign of solidarity with the abductees, the economy will halt its activity for 100 minutes. The initiative is led by the Histadrut and many companies will participate. Studies will also stop in the education system, and a representative has been erected – a 30-meter-long tunnel to simulate the conditions in which abductees are located. The State of Israel will slow down the economy tomorrow at 11:00 A.M. in solidarity with the abductees languishing in the Hamas tunnels for 100 days. Hundreds of giant companies will "stop" the economy for 100 minutes to mark 100 days of the Black Sabbath in which children, women, adults and men who are still in Hamas days were kidnapped.

The "Stop and Identify" initiative is led by the Histadrut and is expected to involve large companies such as insurance companies, law firms, institutions of higher education, health institutions, high-tech companies, food corporations, local authorities, shopping centers and more. Led by the National Council of Students and Youth, the education system will also stop classes in favor of dealing with the subject of abductees.

Against the backdrop of a Qatari proposal, the families of the abductees are demanding that the War Cabinet make the return of the abductees a top priority and approve any deal that will lead to the release of all the hostages. On Friday evening, the Prime Minister's Office announced that Mossad chief Dadi Barnea was leading a move vis-à-vis Qatar that would allow the entry of medicines to abductees held by the Hamas terrorist organization, as part of Israel's humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, and that the drugs would be provided in the coming days. Subsequently, the families of the abductees said that they demanded visual proof that the abductees were indeed receiving the drugs as a condition for transferring the proceeds to Gaza.

A special rally was also launched today to mark the 100th anniversary of the abduction, which will last 24 hours and will bring dozens of public figures, academics, artists, singers and more to the abductees' square in Tel Aviv. At the same time, a display was erected at the site – the exposure of a 30-meter-long tunnel that simulates the harsh conditions in which the abductees have been held for 100 days. The tunnel is open to the public.
