The Saudi Al-Arabiya network reported on Saturday an airstrike in the Al-Diktab area of the Yemeni city of Hodeidah. The US military attacked dozens of Houthi targets in Yemen on the nights between Thursday and Friday and between Friday and Saturday, following attacks by the militia against vessels in the Red Sea.

Earlier today, Reuters reported that President Biden announced that the United States had sent Iran a message about the Houthis and the attacks on the Red Sea, "We are well prepared and safe," the president said. The assessment in the White House and of military sources is that following the Houthi actions, they will try to attack back.
Between Friday and Saturday, explosions were heard in the area of Sana'a, the capital of Yemen, which has been under Houthi control since it was captured by them in 2014. According to the Associated Press, among other things, a radar facility was attacked by an American destroyer with Tomahawk missiles.

On Thursday, there was a broader offensive by the United States, Britain and other countries. 88 targets and sites were attacked. Sources told Sky News in Arabic that the US had warned the Houthis before the attack. U.S. officials told Al Jazeera that the strikes targeted radar sites, drone and missile launchers, observation sites along the coast, and that ships, fighter jets and even submarines took part in the attacks.
Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas issued statements condemning the United States following the attack, and senior members of the pro-Iranian militia threatened to retaliate for the attacks. According to Houthi official spokesman Yahya Saria, five militia members were killed in the first attack, and six others were wounded. Houthi Political Council member Mohammed al-Bhiti stated, "The U.S. and Britain have banned themselves from crossing the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. We will continue to carry out our operations in the Red Sea on behalf of the Palestinians. We have options that will hurt the interests of the United States and Britain."
