Bereaved families sent a letter to the Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gabir, in which they demand that the conditions of the terrorists imprisoned in Israel be compared to the conditions of the terrorists in the Nuh'ba.
"We, the bereaved families and victims of terrorism from the 'Choosing Life' forum, were happy to see that you instructed the prison service with an unequivocal directive to take a heavy hand against the terrorists of the Noh'ba and give them the minimum required according to the international convention and not a single additional benefit," they wrote the families.

"At the same time, even though you lowered the terms of the terrorists who murdered and harmed our visitors and who were imprisoned before October 7, we demand that their terms be compared to the terms of the terrorists of the Nuh'ba. Finally, the families wrote to Minister Ben Gabir, "This is not supposed to be a favor of the state towards us, but rather its duty towards us, the families, who have been bearing the burden of bereavement for many years and more so for the sake of deterring the next terrorist and for the security of the citizens of Israel."
