There are elements "in support of the hypothesis (...) put forward by the defense that "Minister Daniela Santanchè "did not have an active role in the purchase and, therefore, in the subsequent sale of the Unica vessel".
It is one of the passages of the provision with which the investigating judge of Milan Angela Laura Minerva dismissed the position of the Fdi parliamentarian who was under investigation for fraudulent evasion of the payment of taxes contested by her ex-partner Giovanni Canio Mazzaro.
