After the discussion with the heads of the authorities, it was decided that schools that are protected or that have a protected space will be able to return to activity.
In addition to this, the amount of people in the gatherings will also change.
Until now, gatherings of up to 50 people were allowed in open areas and up to 100 people were allowed in built-up areas. After the update, gatherings of up to 100 people in open areas and up to 300 in closed areas will be allowed.
As part of the update of the self-defense guidelines in the Eshkol and Shaar Negev areas, the exclusions will remain - especially in the settlements that have decided not to return at the moment.
Among the communities that decided to return, a significant effort will be made to provide them with all the necessary security elements.
In the north - the instructions do not change
In the north of the country, the instructions remain the same.
Although it is safe to return to the settlements - and thousands of residents have already returned to their homes, the decision to stay in the evacuated hotels is a decision of the communities.
Thus Kibbutz "Or Hanar" decided to return on February 15 and the studies there will return to normal - according to the families for the children's souls.
