Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen - After the Bavarian Football Association (BFV) postponed the restart in the football leagues to September 19 (we reported), district game director Heinz Eckl presented the current plan in the Zugspitz district. Important: This only applies if the approval by the Bavarian Ministry of the Interior takes place on September 1st or at the latest on September 2nd and spectators are also permitted.
The BFV is sticking to the decision that has now been made not to schedule the first weekend in September as a regular game day. The clubs and the association itself should be given enough time to incorporate the audience into the respective hygiene concepts and to coordinate them. "The only exception is when two clubs agree that they explicitly want to play a pending catch-up game this weekend," emphasized Eckl in a press release.
September 12th and 13th as matchday with the consent of both clubs
The following weekend, 12./13. September is a kind of voluntary game day. The BFV wants to start the league, "but only on the condition that the two clubs involved in the respective game expressly want this". Therefore, the teams have to give their consent by email by Tuesday, September 8th. If a team rejects the scheduled match, the game partner has to accept it. A resulting catch-up game is also possible during the week.
The start of the newly introduced league cup has also been postponed. This should now start during the week in the period from September 22nd to 24th, since according to the decision of the BFV board before the 18th and 19th September no full game days should be scheduled. If several games are planned on a sports facility on one day, the BFV recommends that these times be equalized. If the game is not released, the plans described do not apply. ses
