According to reports, West Ham decided today (Wednesday) to fine the team's brakeman, Kurt Zuma, in the huge amount of NIS 300,000, after he was documented mercilessly abusing his cats.
The Hammers' decision comes in parallel with much criticism leveled at the club, after team coach Davis Moyes chose to start with him in the squad in the game against Watford last night.
Kurt Zouma's cats have been taken away by the RSPCA following the disturbing video of him hitting dropping and kicking his pet.

Moyes explained why he chose to do so despite the difficult affair: "I was really disappointed with what I saw and what I was told, but overall my job tonight was to get a win for West Ham, of course there are people who are disappointed with that and I totally understand that."
In addition to the club's management, those who still chose not to remain silent and act on the matter were members of the UK Pet Abuse Prevention Organization, who announced that the French brake's cats had been taken from him.
