Defense Minister Yoav Galant responded in a tweet to the decision of the High Court of Justice in The Hague.

Minister Gallant wrote. 

 The International Court of Justice in The Hague today (Friday) rejected South Africa's main request to stop the war in the Gaza Strip.

The interim orders received against Israel focus on adhering to the terms of the Convention for the Prevention of Genocide and adopting a policy of punishment for statements inciting genocide and ensuring humanitarian aid to the Strip.

Also, Israel must not hide evidence regarding the fighting in Gaza and submit a report within a month.

"Those who seek justice will not find it on the leather chairs in The Hague, but in the Hamas tunnels in Gaza where our 136 abductees are held and those who murdered our children are hiding."

The Minister of Defense added in response to the decision and wrote: "Whoever is looking for justice will not find it in the operating instructions found in the pockets of the Nohva terrorists, who were instructed to 'drink the blood' of the Jews, but in the "Spirit of the IDF" document that is in the pockets of our fighters working to maintain Human Dignity".

Minister Galanta continued his words threatening Hamas and wrote: "The State of Israel will not forget October 7 - the IDF and the security agencies will continue to act and dismantle the Hamas regime, eliminate its military capabilities, and bring about the return of the kidnapped to their homes. I trust the IDF commanders." and all the soldiers and members of the security forces."
