Two years before the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, the committee chaired by Tony Estanguet is launching Olympic Day on Sunday June 26.
A festival dedicated to sport organized in Saint-Denis, at the foot of the Stade de France, the future Olympic stadium.
Several workshops and cultural activities will then take place during this sports festival.
Admission will be free and this event will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Animated with the Olympic sports federations, demonstrations and initiations will be
"an invitation to move all together",
promises the committee which will highlight many disciplines: swimming, rowing, football, rugby, golf, handball, fencing, archery. , boxing, horse riding, table tennis… but also the new Olympic sports: breaking, skateboarding and climbing and Paralympic sports: boccia, sitting volleyball, wheelchair fencing.
