Despite a brace from Jordi Woudstra for Türkgücü Munich, FC Bayern II narrowly won their home game.

Power winner was Grant-Leon Ranos.

Munich – At the beginning of the game, the youngsters took over from Säbener Straße.

Right winger Mamin Sanyang (5th) failed in the first attempt at Türkgücü keeper Johann Hipper.

Gabriel Vidovic approached with a free kick, but aimed over the box (17th).

Coach Martin Demichelis' team kept the pressure on, but the goal fell on the other side.

The ball landed in front of Jordi Woudstra's feet after a poorly defended ball from the FCB defence.

He didn't hesitate and sunk the leather halfway up in the left corner.

The newcomer from TSV Grünwald even had the second goal on his heels, but his attempt just before the break went just wide of Jakob Mayer's far post.

With the half-time whistle, however, the reserves of FC Bayern reported back.

Lovro Zvonarek was spot on after a corner and threw the ball into the far corner to make it 1-1 at half-time.

Anyone who thought the Reds would turn the game around in the second half was wrong.

A few moments after the restart, Woudstra was back on the ball and in the 50th minute gave Türkgücü the lead again.

Referee Stefan Driver was injured in the 54th minute.

The game was interrupted for about 20 minutes.

Driver was unable to continue and was replaced by his assistant Jonas Krzyzanowski.

The break hadn't done the U23 any good.

Alper Kayabunar's team seemed more poisonous and made life difficult for the young talents with a compact defence.

Nevertheless, the Reds managed to equalize.

Lucas Copado scored from a corner to make it 2-2.

And the young savages from the campus hadn't had enough.

After successfully shaking off Maxi Berwein on the right wing, Lovro Zvonarek put the ball sharply on the back post.

There, Joker Grant-Leon Ranos rushed up and sank the ball into the net to make it 3-2.

In the final phase, Gabriel Vidovic missed the 4:2 with a long-range shot.

Ranos also lacked the necessary luck with the rebound.

The missed opportunities did not change anything about the well-deserved home win after an increase in performance in the second round and Martin Demichelis and his team achieved their second win of the season.
