It took a natural disaster for PSG to opt for the train in April 2010. Bruno Le Natur, PSG physiotherapist at the time, remembers it well.
“It was at the time of the eruption of Eyjafjöll, which had disrupted air traffic, he recalls.
We had to adapt to go to Saint-Étienne.
They had to manage it at the last moment and, from memory, we were even a bit scattered on the train.
We had done Paris-Lyon by TGV, then took the bus.
