The Permanent Representative of Palestine to the United Nations, Riyad Mansour, said that the announcement of the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's intention to annex Palestinian lands from the West Bank is a flagrant violation of international law and the relevant resolutions of international legitimacy.
Wafa news agency quoted Mansour as saying in three identical letters to the UN Secretary General, the President of the UN General Assembly and the President of the Security Council that this declaration constitutes a flagrant violation of international law, the UN Charter and the relevant international resolutions.
