Jableh team qualified for the final match of the football victory round in Lattakia by defeating the police on penalties 4-3 in their match at Al-Basel stadium in the semi-finals.
The two teams drew 1-1 with a goal as Jebla defender Mohamed Awad scored in the 40th minute by mistake and conceded a penalty for Jebla Mustapha Sheikh Youssef in the 65th minute.
In Saturday's final, Jebla will meet the winner of the Tishreen-Sahel match in the second semi-final.
