The company's general manager, Eng. Mohammed Fawaz Al-Halabi, told SANA that thanks to the workers' efforts, several modifications were made on 22 cotton threading machines installed by Siemens. Encouraging workers to look for alternatives by modifying the threading machines and control system and designing a local driver on the computer and putting it into service.

The technical director of the company, Eng. Kamal Mahmoud pointed out that the modification work on the machines of cord threading took a year and included the amendment on the control systems, control screen, anfilter “speed changer” and “plc screen” and the processing unit and regulator Tigress and the development of machine control system from old to modern And the design of a driver on the computer and programming machines on it and dispense with the driver from the German company, indicating that the cost of repairing the control screen with a single thread cord amounted to 3 million pounds except for the other parts not available while conducting these works by the company's workers and the design of the program did not cost for all machines More than 3 million pounds, which saved the company about 100 million pounds as the machines were restarted and put into service to produce the company currently several tiger of cotton yarns 100 percent from the number 16 to the number 32.

The head of the mechanical operator section of the company Mahmoud Qamaruddin that the section includes 11 technicians specialized in maintenance and mechanics, in addition to the presence of 6 lathes and two sorters and skimmer and grinded cylindrical surfaces and blacksmith workshop Arab and Frangip and other Snankra, pointing out that the technicians were able to manufacture more than 200 types of gears in different sizes straight and conical Inclined and financial costs did not exceed more than 20 percent of its value in the market if available in addition to making adjustments to the machines of spinning and scrapers and conveyors with the aim of operating machines corded machines.

He pointed out the technician Muslim Arafa workshop and the participant working machines that the workshop is specialized in the manufacture of air ducts and ducts with the latest and best machines using materials with standard specifications to ensure product quality and speed of implementation.

He pointed out the lathes worker Abdullah Awad to their success in designing the bobbins, axles and mechanical parts of the production line machines in the company and the manufacture of speed track movements for speed cans within the spinning and production sections, noting that the cost of completing any piece of axles or bobbins and gears are significantly lower than the market price.
