The Palestinian Foreign Ministry called on the international community to intervene and pressure the Israeli occupation authorities to immediately release the sick Palestinian prisoner Sami Abu Diak.
The Foreign Ministry said in a statement carried by WAFA that it briefed the head of the International Red Cross, Peter Maurer, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, and a number of special rapporteurs on human rights procedures at the United Nations on the 37-year-old prisoner Abu Dyak.
