Given the situation, the commission issued a statement with actions to be taken, which include:
-Avoid outdoor recreation or exercise activities, to avoid inhalation of contaminants.

-Keep doors and windows closed.
-Use air conditioners in recirculation mode.
-No smoking, except in enclosed spaces.
-Reduce the use of vehicles, by the emission of gases.
-Report any fire immediately to the security or relief bodies.
Special instructions were also issued to the manufacturing and construction industry, to limit outdoor work and transfer of materials, as well as the use of machinery that produces gas emissions.
