The Palestinian Foreign Ministry condemned the escalation of the Israeli occupation authorities' aggressive measures in the besieged Gaza Strip, stressing that it is a violation of human rights and a violation of international law.
The Foreign Ministry considered in a statement carried by Wafa Agency today that the occupation authorities' flooding the eastern agricultural lands of Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip with water and spraying them with harmful pesticides is a new episode of the ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people and an integral part of the open occupation war against it to liquidate the Palestinian cause and break the will of the Palestinian steadfastness .
The Foreign Ministry affirmed that the Palestinian people will continue their struggle to obtain their legitimate rights to regain their lands and establish their Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
