The General Electricity Company's endosperm workshops completed the repair of more than 700 malfunctions on the low tension lines caused by the weather conditions that the governorate witnessed during the past two days.
In a statement to a SANA reporter, the director of the General Electricity Company of Sweida, Eng. Nidal Nofal, said that the reforms were carried out in the various regions of the province and with continuous efforts from the workshops after receiving complaints about these faults.
Eng. Nawfal pointed out that the company has finished repairing all malfunctions on the medium tension lines, indicating that the workshops are in a state of readiness to deal with any malfunctions that may arise.
The prevailing weather conditions caused breakdowns on medium tension outlets and hundreds of breakdowns on low tension lines, with 11 electricity pylons falling and electrical wires cut in various areas of the governorate.
